Q: How does it works?

A: All internal combustion engines are about 75% plus efficient. This means getting 75% plus use of the fuel that has been paid for. The generator banks, through an electrolysis process, produce hydrogen and oxygen gases ( better known as browns gas) . By introducing these gases directly into the air intake duct, between the air filter and the turbo will allow it to be introduced into the combustion chamber where it will much enhance the burn rate of the other fuel. When combining hydrogen with the other fuel the result is a complete burn which produces more energy that converts to an efficient combination of horsepower and torque. Less fuel and less friction will reduce heat as much as 10 degrees. Burning all the fuel in the cylinder so the engine is now 98% plus efficient.

Q: What results can I expect?

A: The HIGH YIELD PERFORMANCE GI000 unit IS primarily used in situations where greater run time is needed; such as commercial over the road trucks, agriculture tractors, combines, stationary engines and etc.

Q: Does it work on over the road commercial trucks?

A: Assuming you have an accurate average of fuel consumption and under normal load and driving conditions you can expect .6 -1.2 miles per gallon gain; if you are not getting at least one half mpg increase there is a reason for it; anything that affects your mileage before installation will affect it afterwards such as head wind, idle time, cold weather and etc. The bottom line at the end of the day is 10 cents per mile minimum return to your bottom line. Q: Can I put it on AG tractors and stationary engines?

A: On site demonstrations with flow test meters are reflecting 20% up to 33% less fuel on all stationary irrigation pumps.

Q: Does it work with Natural Gas?

A: A limited amount of field tests on this application have been run with feedback results reporting 18-31 % reduction, however we suggest that you have a licensed technician with natural gas to perform the installation.

Q: Can I install it on my tractors and Combines?

A: (200hp & up) field tests are seeing 3.4 and up 6.1 gallons per hour reduction. The larger percentages are being seen when the application is under load where advantage of the added performance from the efficiency burn caused by hydrogen can be gleaned however there are cases where the load is so great that more than 100% ability is demanded at all times and no relief can exist; this will not allow a reduction in fuel but did increase ground speed from 4.8 mph to 5.2 indicated by the tractor. To see a fuel reduction the power plant has to reach a point where the added energy can assist resulting in less effort to move the load.

Q: Does it work on my car and pickup?

A: Under normal driving patterns a 4-5 mpg is to be expected. The latest of the automotive application for non-diesel vehicles has a unique feature that will allow forward sensing for more or less hydrogen depending on the acceleration of the engine. Q: How often does it require servicing and will it freeze?

A: Once the unit has been installed and filled with HYP solution no other maintenance is required other than adding distilled water to the unit. The generators convert water to gas at the rate of 2cc per hour at .8 amps and 9 cc per hour at 2.6 amps. Freeze protection is set at - 30 degrees.

Q: What is the life expectancy?

A: The generator has been tested to 10,000 hours or greater; which can be replaced without replacing the unit.

Q: Will this void my warranty?

A: No. Our product falls under the category of "Premium Fuels". Premium pump gas is generally between 91-93 octane (RON Value) in the United States. The RON value for Hydrogen is in excess of 130. We are adding a very effective octane booster through the air intake. Additionally, The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975 prohibits manufacturers from voiding a warranty due to the use of aftermarket parts. This product has the same effect on a motor as a fuel additive, and does not manipulate any of the motors existing computer or mechanical functions. To date, HECE (Hydrogen Enhanced Combustion Engines) applications have not caused engine damage and prove to actually help engine longevity.

Q: Why does your product use so much less amperage?

A: Most believe more is better therefore their amps are running at 15-30 amps. At this level they are not producing hydrogen gas, but rather a fog or rapid evaporation which develops after 5 amps which becomes liquid and not hydrogen gas.

Q: What is the hydrogen mixture?

A: The natural mind set to increase mpg would be to increase hydrogen coming in to replace other fuels, not true when the ratio of burn depletes the 02 before the other fuel can ignite you lose the effects, therefore there is a point where maximum burn occurs and raw fuel develops.

Q: What do they mean when they talk about the burn?

A: When an even burn occurs it will multiply the level of energy per fuel molecule which results in torque and horsepower through the flywheel. The injector pulse rate will change as result of less effort and the governor will allow the fuel rail to relax or the ground speed will increase from the increase of energy.
